Being Wholly Fit is the pursuit of my life personally. I have been running for over 30 years, I have been teaching group fitness and training for over 20 years. Yet there were seasons in my life where there was not balance and there was not wholeness.
Someone can have a physically fit body and there mind be in terrible shape because of destructive thoughts such as self-hatred or bitterness. Another person can be in great shape spiritually and their body be falling apart.
Being Wholly Fit pursues training our physical bodies to be strong and endure under pressure, training our minds to think good thoughts, and training our spirits to be strong and healthy as well. When we actively and diligently pursue wholeness and health in all three of these areas we find our life balanced and full!
It is my hope that you find this website more than just an advertisement for a personal trainer, I hope you find it encouraging, challenging, and I hope it brings you HOPE. Whether your body is falling apart from neglect or your thoughts are running wild, or your spirit is half dead, it is my desire to help you strengthen your body, give you good and peaceful thoughts to think on and encouragement for your spirit.
We are, after all, on the same journey called life, and I am cheering you on to Wholeness.
